1. Overview

Oh Honey Silhouettes LTD creates custom, made-to-order pieces through limited product drops. Each piece is designed with care and intention, and availability is limited. Turnaround times vary depending on the item purchased, the nature of the artwork, and order volume. 

2. Custom Orders

All artwork is personalized based on the information and reference photos you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure all details—such as names, photo submissions, and delivery address—are accurate when placing your order. 

3. Photo Submission Guidelines

Profile photos are a required part of the custom design process. We ask that all reference photos be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. If we do not receive your photo within this timeframe, your reserved spot will be refunded as shop credit, which can be used in a future drop. 

Please review our photo examples and guidelines before submitting your image to ensure it meets the requirements for your chosen piece. The quality and outcome of your artwork depend heavily on this step. 

4. Image Quality Guidelines

We design entirely based on the photo you submit, as we do not know what your child or subject looks like in real life. It is essential that you are fully happy with the reference photo—particularly with their hairstyle, expression, and overall appearance. 

Please note: 

• We are unable to accommodate requests to use a new photo once design work has started.
• Minor change requests are welcome (e.g., slight shape or detail adjustments), but full redraws using a different photo will require a new order.
• We provide clear examples to guide your selection so you can feel confident in the photo you choose. 

Your submitted photo is the foundation of your heirloom piece. Taking a moment to select the right one ensures you’ll love the final result. 

5. Previews, Proofs & Disclosures

Some of our products include digital previews or proofs. Turnaround times for these will vary depending on the item and order volume. Any relevant timelines or proofing steps will be explained within the product description. 

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all details and disclosures provided in the listing. We encourage you to read descriptions carefully, as each product may have its own unique process and timing. 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our items are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If we have begun your design and you choose not to move forward, we may offer revisions or options to help complete your piece. If you still decide to cancel, we can issue a partial refund, with design costs deducted for the work completed. 

If you have concerns about your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to help. 

7. Shipping

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping rates and delivery options are available at checkout. 

We are not responsible for: 

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs
• Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer 

We are happy to assist in filing a claim if your package is lost or arrives damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

8. Digital Files & Printing

For applicable products, we provide a high-resolution digital file for your personal use. 

Please note: 

• Print quality may vary based on the printer, paper, and settings used.
• We are not responsible for third-party printing outcomes.
• For best results, we recommend printing through us or a professional printing service. 

9. Social Media & Sharing

We love celebrating your custom pieces and may request permission to share your artwork or submission photos on social media or in our marketing materials. 

We will never post or share your image or custom piece without your explicit permission. You may revoke your consent at any time. 

10. Gift Cards & Shop Credit

Gift cards and shop credit are non-refundable and may be used toward future purchases on our website. 

If you are issued shop credit in place of a refund (e.g., due to missed photo submission), it will not expire and can be applied to any future drop. 

11. Intellectual Property

All artwork, product designs, and website content are the sole property of Oh Honey Silhouettes LTD. Reproduction, duplication, or use of our content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written permission. 

12. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only to process orders and communicate with you. We will never sell, share, or misuse your personal information. 

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
