Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is created with great care and intention, just for you.
However, we want you to feel truly happy with your experience. If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery so we can work together on a resolution.
Design Cancellations
If we’ve already begun the design process but you choose not to proceed, we understand that plans can change. In these cases, we’re happy to offer design options or adjustments to help you move forward.
If you still decide to cancel, a partial refund may be issued, with design costs deducted to honour the time and work already completed.
Photo Submissions
Profile photos are a required part of the process. If we don’t receive your photo within 24 hours of ordering, we won’t be able to begin your design. Because of the limited nature of our drops and reserved design slots, your order will be refunded in shop credit, which you can use during a future drop.
