Because each custom drop has a limited number of spots, orders without a photo submitted within 24 hours will be refunded in the form of shop credit to use during a future release.

Yes, for most custom pieces, we provide a digital proof within approximately 2 weeks of receiving your photo. This will be sent via Instagram or email, and once confirmed, we’ll proceed with printing or production. Please note that preview options and timing may vary by product and are detailed in each listing.

Turnaround times vary depending on the product: 

• Prints typically ship within 1 week of proof confirmation 
• Jewelry ship within 2–2.5 weeks 
• Specialty pieces such as Embroidery takes longer due to the nature of the piece.

We open for limited drops every 2–3 weeks with a rotating selection of seasonal or signature products. Some of our bestsellers like the handmade paper silhouettes return often, but others may only be available once. We create silhouettes and portraits of all ages, from brand-new babies to grandparents. The most recognizable features tend to show clearly around 3 months old and up, but we welcome you to send photos of younger little ones too. We’ll guide you if it might need adjusting.

Yes. some of our most heartfelt work includes pet silhouettes, ultrasounds, memorial fingerprint engravings, and pieces created to honor loved ones who’ve passed. These are handled with extra care and tenderness.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note: 

• All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer 
• Once a package is in transit, we are not responsible for delivery delays, but we are happy to help you submit a claim if needed.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if something arrives damaged or if your package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located. We’ll do our best to help you resolve it.

Our jewelry is crafted from 316 stainless steel and coated with resin for durability. To preserve its finish: 

• Keep your jewelry dry — moisture, lotions, perfumes, and oils may cause tarnishing 
• Remove before sleeping, swimming, or bathing 
• If exposed to water (even baby drool!), gently pat dry
