We're three moms, thousands of miles apart, brought together by a shared love for capturing childhood before it slips away. At Oh Honey Silhouettes, every portrait begins with a memory, sketched by hand, rooted in nostalgia, and made to last for generations.
Our Story
Oh Honey Silhouettes began at a kitchen table in Canada when our founder, Lysandra, was pregnant with her first daughter, Bee. Inspired by the nostalgic beauty of Victorian shadow art, she started sketching tiny profiles as a way to preserve the fleeting magic of early motherhood.
What began as a personal keepsake quickly grew into a heartfelt offering for other families. Since 2019, that spark has blossomed into a small but mighty team of three moms: Lysandra in Canada, Natalie in England, and Kirstie, also in Canada. Together, we create hand-drawn silhouettes and portraits that capture the sweetest details: the curl of a wisp, the curve of a chin, the magic of this very moment. Rooted in tradition and crafted with heart, every piece is a love letter to motherhood, memory, and the moments we never want to forget.
