We currently ship all USA orders via Fed Ex (Brokerage Charges included), Canada post for all other International orders and third party for Canadian orders. Shipping options and rates will be available at checkout. Please review your shipping method carefully before completing your purchase, as we’re unable to modify shipping details once your order has been placed. 

Processing Times

All of our pieces are made to order. Please refer to each product listing for estimated turnaround times, as they may vary depending on the type of item or the timing of your order drop. 

Taxes & Duties 

All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

While we create custom artwork and may be exempt from certain restrictions, final evaluation and clearance are at the discretion of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or the relevant authority in your country. We will provide any necessary paperwork to help facilitate the process.

If any fees or issues arise, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly. Oh Honey Silhouettes LTD is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages 

While we do our very best to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that things happen. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim or finding a solution. 

Please note: Once your package has been handed to Canada Post, it is out of our hands. We are not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” but not received; however, we’re happy to help you submit a claim to the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
