Bring timeless charm into your home with a one-of-a-kind Decorative Portrait Plate. Each plate is hand-selected from our collection of vintage and vintage-inspired designs, then personalized with your choice of portrait style. 

Every plate is unique in shape, color, and pattern, making it a meaningful keepsake or heartfelt gift. Choose a classic Silhouette or a detailed Petite Portrait (existing design only), and customize with new designs or existing drawings we have on file. Multiple portraits may be combined on one plate for a true family heirloom.

Please Note:

  • Each plate is handmade and may feature light wear, subtle marks, or slight discoloration — all part of its vintage charm. 
  • Transfers are delicate and may scratch if scraped with sharp force. Handle gently to preserve its heirloom quality. 
  • Due to the custom nature of this piece, returns are not accepted. 
Shipping & Turnaround
  • Photo Submission: Upload at checkout or send via Instagram within 24 hours. Orders without photos will be cancelled and refunded as shop credit. 
  • Processing Time: New Designs: sneak peek sent within 2 weeks. All Plates: ship within 4 weeks of ordering.
  • Shipping: Ships within 2 weeks after preview approval (if applicable).
  • Returns & Exchanges: Not accepted due to customization. If there’s a concern, contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll work through options.

Ordering & Process

What do you need to create my artwork?
  • Silhouettes require a clear side profile 
  • Sketches and petite portraits can be front-facing or slightly angled 
  • To ensure we can begin on time, photo submission is required within this window. For helpful examples, see our full Photo Instruction Guide.
What happens if I miss the photo deadline?

Because each custom drop has a limited number of spots, orders without a photo submitted within 24 hours will be refunded in the form of shop credit to use during a future release.
Will I receive a preview or a proof?

Yes, for most custom pieces, we provide a digital proof within approximately 2 weeks of receiving your photo. This will be sent via Instagram or email, and once confirmed, we’ll proceed with printing or production. Please note that preview options and timing may vary by product and are detailed in each listing.
What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary depending on the product: 

  • Prints typically ship within 1 week of proof confirmation 
  • Jewelry ship within 2–2.5 weeks 
  • Specialty pieces such as Embroidery takes longer due to the nature of the piece.  
  • Please refer to individual listings for exact timing as it should be included in each listing

What age can you create artwork for?

We create silhouettes and portraits of all ages, from brand-new babies to grandparents. The most recognizable features tend to show clearly around 3 months old and up, but we welcome you to send photos of younger little ones too. We’ll guide you if it might need adjusting.
Do you create artwork for pets or memorials?

Yes. some of our most heartfelt work includes pet silhouettes, ultrasounds, memorial fingerprint engravings, and pieces created to honor loved ones who’ve passed. These are handled with extra care and tenderness.
How do I take the best photo for my piece?

Capturing the right photo is one of the most important steps in creating a beautiful, detailed keepsake.  

We’ve created a helpful Photo Instruction Guide that walks you through:

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
  • Canada & USA: Typically arrives within 2–10 business days (tracked) 
  • International: Timing varies based on destination and customs  Shipping timelines begin after the final proof has been approved and your piece has been created. 
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note: 

  • All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer 
  • Once a package is in transit, we are not responsible for delivery delays, but we are happy to help you submit a claim if needed.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if something arrives damaged or if your package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located. We’ll do our best to help you resolve it.
