What do you need to create the portrait?
We need a side profile photo within 24 hours of placing the order. Please see the 'instructions' page here or on Instagram for detailed information on how to capture the perfect profile photo. You’ll need to upload it when you order or send it to our Instagram within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.

Will I receive a Sample?
Yes! We will send a sample of your silhouette within two weeks of receiving your portrait for you to confirm.

What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary by product. Prints are shipped approximately one week after confirmation, and all other items are shipped about two weeks after confirmation. Please see individual turnaround times on each listing.

How long does shipping take?
Our tracked options can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days. For orders outside of Canada and the USA, we offer small packet shipping (up to 20 business days) and tracked shipping (up to 10 business days). We ship by small packet air for international orders for a flat rate.

What age can you do?
We can create silhouettes of all ages! From babies and toddlers to adults, we can do silhouettes for those under three months, but the details, along with those cutest features, really start to show around the 3-month mark.

How often are your drops and releases?
We have drops every 2-3 weeks, and each time can feature a different product. We may not repeat products, and they usually vary with each drop. However, we often have our top-selling handmade paper available from drop to drop!

How do you care for the pendant?
Our coins are made from stainless steel. The durability and tarnish resistance of these pieces depend on your usage. Please always keep the piece dry! Contact with anything that will make the material wet, or with chemicals, lotions, and oils such as disinfectant, perfume, and sunscreen, will cause the material to tarnish. We recommend taking the piece off before bed to ensure it stays dry throughout the night. If it does get wet (we’ve been there with baby drool!), please pat it dry immediately. Please Note: The depth of the engraving detail will vary based on each silhouette. The coins may vary in texture and may have imperfections, but these should not detract from the beauty of the piece.
