Each petite portrait is carefully illustrated based on the photo you provide, then applied to a wooden keepsake box. You’ll be able to choose from our curated vintage-inspired background patterns, and each box includes a special surprise tucked inside. The result is a one-of-a-kind keepsake that feels warm, personal, and made to be revisited year after year.

Because each custom drop has a limited number of spots, orders without a photo submitted within 24 hours will be refunded in the form of shop credit to use during a future release.
Yes, for most custom pieces, we provide a digital proof within approximately 2 weeks of receiving your photo. This will be sent via Instagram or email, and once confirmed, we’ll proceed with printing or production. Please note that preview options and timing may vary by product and are detailed in each listing.
Turnaround times vary depending on the product:
- Prints typically ship within 1 week of proof confirmation
- Jewelry ship within 2–2.5 weeks
- Specialty pieces such as Embroidery takes longer due to the nature of the piece.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note:

- Once a package is in transit, we are not responsible for delivery delays, but we are happy to help you submit a claim if needed.
