Because no new artwork or revisions are required, this option is offered at a reduced price. The silhouette is not redrawn or adjusted in any way, it is used precisely as it exists in our archive.

Because each custom drop has a limited number of spots, orders without a photo submitted within 24 hours will be refunded in the form of shop credit to use during a future release.
Yes, for most custom pieces, we provide a digital proof within approximately 2 weeks of receiving your photo. This will be sent via Instagram or email, and once confirmed, we’ll proceed with printing or production. Please note that preview options and timing may vary by product and are detailed in each listing.

- Prints typically ship within 1 week of proof confirmation
- Jewelry ship within 2–2.5 weeks
