1. Send Your Photo: Within 24 hours, please send us a side profile photo via Instagram. Please note that profiles not received within this timeframe will result in order cancellation.

2. Creation & Confirmation: After receiving your profile, we will create your piece and share it via Instagram for confirmation within 2 weeks.

3. Printing & Shipping: Once confirmed, we will print your portrait and ship it to you within 1 week.

Returns & Exchanges: Since our pieces are made to order with love, we do not accept returns. If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery to discuss possible solutions.
