The tangibility + longevity/tarnish wear of these pieces depend on your use. These are tarnish resistant and water waterproof. Alkaline or acidity (sunscreen, lotions directly on the piece) will affect the piece, along with general wear and tear. This is reflected in the budget friendly pricing.  The chain is 1.5mm thick, and 16"-20" long depending on your choice and carefully chosen for a 'dainty' look.
